The problem you'll run into is fitting the seats with a console. That's really tough unless you're okay with doing some custom mounting. Also, half doors are fatter then full-doors so that's another problem. IIRC, the stock seats are around 18-20" wide. I think my MasterCraft's are 22". I have a large console so there's an issue with clearing the lids when opening them. The stock console sits below the seats so it's not a problem but anything larger will be an issue. I was able to move my seat 2" outboard to clear the console better while still clearing the halfdoors.
Adjustable lumbar is going to mean a performance seat. I'd go with a suspension seat but the MasterCraft and Corbeau's aren't cheap. I don't think the Corbeau's have an adjsutable lumbar though. Smittybily also has a suspension seat but it too lacks lumbar. Suspension seats are a lot easier on your back then the old foam and spring box. There's a lot more support because of the design. It's more like a hamock. Mozman has some MasterCraft Baja's.
