Its one of these deals where It'd be cool if they say, "oh yeah, we have about 20 folks come in a year with Jeeps w/emissions problems, high NOX, lean running, due to intake mods, and what always works with CARB is a MAP adjuster set to 'X' voltage..."
If not, probably falling in to a financial "tar pit" where I go from turbo City to Smog to Turbo City to Smog for about a half dozen times, spend about $700 and end up no better off than where I started, emissions-wise.
Course, Jeep will run better, at least. And, if all else fails I can go see the folks at a "certain" station I went to last go around, 1.5 years ago. But, would rather not.
No idea if Turbo City has emissions machines, and if so, what type they are.
