can you get forced induction (turbo or supercargers)) and have them work wiht tbi 2.5l or do you have to have a mpi system?

also going farther back a few years ago we picked up a turbo from a junk yard off a car (dont remember make or model) that we were going to try to put in our 49 cj3a with the go devil 4banger in it... but then we put headers onnit which increased power considerably and havent goten anytime to thingk about the turbo that is curently siting in our shed..

You can boost a TBI vehicle also. But finding injectors large enough to support such a set-up and having them idle properly etc... is most likely going to be pretty hard. I'd recommend trying to go MPI with a programmable engine management.
