Question on Upper Hard Doors
« on: July 31, 2006, 09:51:47 PM »
I just got my first jeep. When I picked it up at the dealer, the upper hard doors flew off during transport.  Dealer took $800 off the sale price, and I'd like to get them replaced for less than that.  I was hoping to get a BB with the difference.  Any ideas.....???  I'm looking for the one's with a sliding window....Thanks...and I really dig the site....

Upper hard doors?  Fiberglass?  Does the top have a mfg or is it OEM?

I believe the top is oem, and the uppers that flew off looked to fiberglass from the pics.  I know they weren't the soft kind...

Hmm, those are OEM uppers then.  Sounds like the PO bought a OEM top but couldn't find doors.

Qtech has them for under $800

I'd go to ebay though.  They go for a lot cheaper.  Who knows you might find some OEM Full doors for cheap too.

Seriously gents before you think ebay go to craigslist.org and go to your state and city or surounding areas. I was scrolling through az and found around 5 sets of jeep doors soft and hard. Good stuff on that site what other site can you find a girlfriend and jeep parts all at your finger tips!
