A grinder with a cut off wheel would be easier and less toxic.  Otherwise go with a Sawzall or a cut off tool.  Even a dremel with a reinforced wheel would work.

I think you misunderstood. I had to use the cut off wheel to remove the bolt heads and used the small torch to "convince" the bushings to let go of the bolt. Worked rather nicely.

i got the nuts off the bolts without much of a problem (only 1 busted knuckle) i just cant seem to get into the bolts to drive them outso i want to cut off the torx head of the bolt by whatever means possible (i have torches grinders with cut off wheels) so that i can drive the stem of the bolt out from the other side

Heat the bolts to about 300 to 400 degrees will let the loctite go and the bolts should come out easily. They use this stuff so stuff that keeps coming loose stays tight

today i got tired of messing around and used a torch and cut the bolts off and removed the track bar i used my better judgement and decided not to use the torch so close to my gas tank so i started to grind them off
