ok since i finally got my header situation straightened out, i need a new cat and cat back system.  Now my problem is i really dont want it to sound like a ricer, at the moment it does.  Along with that i need it to be quieter.  i got pacesetter header on there.  the cat i figured would be a hi flow one.  now what exhaust do you guys think would sound the least ricerish.

i put a pacesetter on mine just recently, had a magnaflow and just didnt like the way that it sounded at all, had a flowmaster put in and im very satisfied, doesnt sound like a little honda by any means, but it does sound like a burly little four cylinder, just my two cents.

Is the pacesetter worth it or would it be worth the money to spend a little more on the borla or banks?

I have a Borla and it's paid for itself a few times over.  I've had to replace the muffler on two occasions and they did it without any questions.  Technically, I had 3 mufflers but returned the last one since the noise wasn't coming from the muffler and I didn't feel like swapping.

I could send in another request for one since all of my hangers have broken off.  It's not really a quality issue but the 2.5L really beats up exhausts if you rev them high regularly.

havent had stock exhasut ever, maybe some1 else will kno, my jeep came with the top shell of the muffler missing, so my first mod was an catback, went cheap and got a pacesetter, dumb idea.

ok so where can i get a hi flow cat, and a good catback xhaust.  or technically just a muffler.  this morn at school we where all just hanging around, and decided to rev our cars up, ya kno screwing around, and my friend had his camera, and well my jeep sounds like the orange supra from fast and the furious.  i think its sad that my jeep sounds like that.  o yea word of advice never rev up after a k5 with a crate 350, cam, headers, the works goes first
