Anyone know where I can get a set of rod bolts for the 2.5?  ARB dosen't have them and the dealership can't get them.

Try clifford or hesco. I'm not going to be suprised if they are the same bolts as the 4.0L ones.

Right there in the FAQ under Mopar Performance Parts List.

Hesco does not have them.  The ones from the 4.0 are different from what I have been told.  Jeffy do you think I will still be able to get them at Mopar if the dealership says they are discontinued?  According to them it only comes with the whole rod setup.

Hard to say but if they are indeed shared with the 4.0L, then they might have them.  The 4.0L wasn't discontinued that long ago.  Just one year ago.

I'd suspect any engine rebuilder will have them or can get them.

Send your bolts into ARP if you can't find them anywhere else, they will either match it up with something else they have, or make you some. Or if they already make 4.0 bolts you can ask them for the specs on it and measure it against what you have.

The guys over at Hesco told me the bolts from the 4.0 are different.  I may have to have them custom made.

What's 'different' mean?  Mopar Performance lists the 4.0L and the 2.5L together.  Why would Hesco use out of spec fasteners?

If your engine is already apart then measure your existing stuff and have them compare them to the other fasteners.  It's lot like they are they are specific to the 2.5L and only the 2.5L.  I'm sure an engine shop would be able to source them.
