I would love to see you take that on.
Yeah, it would be really cool and different. I've been watching some old trail rides though Johnson Valley and that setup would work really well there. Rubicon would be fairly easy.
Now all I need to do is get the money together, LOL!
That's the hard part. $4K for the axles, $2-3K for the Tcase, $1K for the wheels and tires. Then I've got to figure out how to run the lockers.
There's a guy out here who's done a similar setup, I think. I don't know him but I'm sure he's a friend of a friend who might be willing to help a fella out. If not then I might be able to get another friend to help out. It would be a lot of work BUT I would be A LOT easier then doing an engine swap in my garage. Although that might be the next stage.
