I'm going to need longer shocks and wonder if I install these http://www.quadratec.com/products/16030_102.htm

Can I just buy 4 of these rear shocks that will fit now or is there a difference in front and rear? Maybe because of weight.

And should I look at the bar pin eliminators are they worth it?

Just a FYI the first link you posted is for a YJ. Not sure if they will work on a TJ.
Not sure there is much difference between front and rear shocks. I know on the YJ the rears have an eye on each end of the shock. While the front has an eye on one end and a stud on the other. Not sure how they mount on a TJ.
I like the 5100's. I am running them on the front and 5125's on the rear.

Hmm the link shows TJ shocks.  They have the bar pin on them.  If I was going to replace my shocks I would go with 5100's or better.  Bilstein's are good shocks.

Ya the link was wrong and they make the bar pin eliminator for the TJ( it looks the same).

The front shock mount on the TJ is the Bar pin style while the rear has eye's top and bottom. So i just need to figure out if I buy the rears for the front  because of the eyes are they the same shock?

My RE shocks look the same except the mounting types.

I'm going to guess that the shock mount is a bit different then with the YJ.  I think the best thing to do is grind off the old shock mounts on the front and weld on some F-250 upper mounts ($13).  Then use shocks with eyes on both ends.

I think the only differance between front and rear shocks are mounting style and length. Some shocks have a choice in valving to make them softer or stiffer.
