 i am going to put a 4.0 throttle body on the 2.5.  what all do i need, ex. spacers etc.  and where is the best place to get one?  this is on a 89 yj. thanks.

I thought that the TB upgrade was for the 91-02 croud. Check the bolt pattern to the TB it should have 4 bolt holes not 3.

Yeah i dont think this will work on the throttle body injection either

don't have experience with this but if there is a similar 4.0 tbi you will need all the parts on your t/b to go on the 4.0 one and if that is possible you might be able to do it - but again, have no idea if that would work in the end, might be more than just to swap the injector if it will fit.

I havent seen one of the throttle bodys from a TBI one but could you bore that one out maybe to do the same thing

You would be better off taking the gasket of your TBI and try to cross referencing it with other TBI's.  This is how the whole 4.0L TBS and 4.0L TB got started.
