Can't believe how bad it is even w/ a 4 cylinder. The traction bar is sitting on my shelf waiting to be installed now.

It's not too bad though.  The last clip, really shows you how much it moves as you can see the pinion angle changing.  It's really only supposed to move 2-3*.

That' just from driving around on the street. Imagine what happens when your wheeling and your trying to get over an rock or log.

what kind of springs r u running on it . . . .are they stock springs would it do the same thing if u where using springs designed for a SOA like the Rubicon Express 1.5 lift springs?

Fascinating vid.  It was also intereting to see how the springs arch when onloaded due to braking.

The ones built for SOA have a reverse eye to prevent wrap. Although it does not stop it, it does help.

I broke down and bought the MORE bar as it was on sale recently for less than I could buy the fab parts to build one myself.

I just need to figure out how I'm going to mount the shackle (was going to use the stock skid but now leaning towards adding a 2x3 crossmember behind the stock skid) and then I'll post another vid of the results in a week or so.

As far as SOA springs, I don't have enough money right now to take a chance on those. Still recovering from the regearing I told myself I was gonna do *next* year lol. I also really don't need or want the added lift, even if it is only an inch or two.

you could probably reinforce the crossmember (stock skid) rear lip - have some pipe or square tubing welded to it and tied into some 3/8'' plate on the rear holes of the skid (you'll need longer bolts there) - you could weld the shackle mount to this afterwards.

That is a great shot.  Never seen an underside shot like that on a jeep.  How did you pull that off, like duct tape and a small video camera or something?  It looks like it must be attached to the bottom  of the transfer case skid.
