Mine came from PD. It was the prototype 00 and I got to give my $.02 in its development. I believe it is the only complete kit that is designed for the 2.5L. Mainly it's the cables which are really nice. I think I have the only set of yellow ones as I got to choose the color. You get a new cap and rotor which are nice in that they have copper contacts. The coil is an OE replacement but wound hotter so there is no need to find a new location for it. It plugs right into the stock harness. You'll have to remove the stock cable holder but the PD comes with 2 billet clamps. The cables have a braid sleeve which helps with abrasion. Heat shouldn't be an issue with the cables though. They are high quality. IIRC, the cables have a silicone insulation.
I've had the kit the longest and it's in my Daily driver. I've had a chance to take it on several trips down to LA and SD without any issues. Like I mentioned in the review, there was a rhythmic harmonic at 27-3000RPM when sustained, before. That went away. Overall, I give the PD kit high marks. It's cheaper then a MSD or Jacobs and it works with old school tweaks. No black magic here. KISS too.
