You'd get more out of going to an electric fan...

I think BountyHunter sells the spacers, right?  I know he sells the 62mm TB, not 100% sure on the spacers...

I have 62mm TB's and spacers, but only for '91-'04 2.5L and 4.0L engines.  I don't know of anything for the early TBI 2.5L engine.

none makes a throttle body spacer for the tbi 2.5l... gaurdian7 was experimenting with making them then lost interest aka sold  his tbi for a mpfi 2.5l jeep.  he did offer to make me one for $50 when i was contemplating on making one myself (that was 2 years ago).. i passed up the offer as i ran out of time and interest at that point.... so you may want to contact gardian7 if you don't have a means of making one yourself.

My two cents worth-  that's what the throttle body spacer is worth.  I made one for my TBI banger and I wouldn't bother if I had it to do over.  The best thing you can do to your intake manifold is to clean it up- clear out the "dingleberries" and match the inlet to the TB.  If you insist on having one, I used a chunk of 1" thick aluminum plate welded to the manifold.

With my cam and engine mods the spacer is huge, moves the power band very predictably.

Without the spacer my engine hits at about 3500.
With it at 2500.

Spacer out for the sand, in for everything else...
