The JCR is very similar to the BulletproofMFG/Body Armor carrier.  The main difference being the hoop is taller so the can is tucked in a few more inches.  Still kind of pricey at $700 shipped.

I also like the Gavin Wilderness but that's a lot of crap on the rear.

I do like that rack but it's pricey as well.

Is a nice setup if you use rear corner armor and backup plates on the inside.
Savvy now sells rear aluminum 6160 T6 corner blanks for YJ's for 299 is a hell of a deal. The material alone is over 200 bucks

That is pretty nice.  A good feature would be for the gas can shelf to be removable.

Their kit uses backing plates as reinforcements.  They say without corners you can run up to 37's.

And the gas can mount is removeable as it's optional.  The tire also has several mounting locations as the plate has several different holes drilled.

I checked Savvy and they want $312 for blanks.  Not sure if I want to be cutting the wheelwell openings with a saw.  I'd like to find some corners that have everything but the lights cut out.  Then I would be able to locate the lights whereever I wanted or even move them to the bumper.

It's kind of strange that Treks doesn't list that carrier for the YJ. You would think it would install about the same as on a CJ.

My guess is this;  The CJ does not have side hinges.  If you look at the TJ above the rack seems to be using the side hinges as bolting points.  I'm sure the upper hinge is also tied into the rollbar which the CJ does not have in the same location.
