Check this 8.8 tech posting.  There are some good links embedded.  You want a '95 or later solid rear axle (disk brakes and 31 spline axles).  Many have the traction lock limited slip (not as good as a locker).

If you look around, you could find some dana 44's out of a Rubicon, then you'd have the air lockers as well and that'd be one less thing to worry about. They're kinda $$$$$$ though.
