coil and wires need some help?

hey guys iam gonna get my coil and wires which set up should i go wit msd or performance dist  Screamin Demon Coil setup ? msd coil is couple bucks cheaper and its msd works great on my v8.... info needed thanks

Personally, I like the PD but I'm probably a bit biased.

I think most of us on this board with upgrades run the PD coil and wires. Myself included.

Just make sure you don't put the plug wires on backwards  :whistle: It will save you the trouble of asking for help as to why it won't start  :wall:

Thank you...I was confused on their live wires page as it doesn't list my Jeep engine and year....they stop at 1999 and then jump right to the 2.4l....
2009 Audi S5....what....its 4wd...sort of....

I'm running accel coil and went to a universal style with bolt on leads and works great think I'm running NGK wires but can't remember would have to go look

I scope tested a bunch of coils at one point and it takes a LOT
of coil to out perform the Jeep stock air cooled coil.

Ran all of them off a MSD 6AL they all came out within
about 8KV of each other.

What we did notice was the MSD air cooled coil would produce
more current than most at high RPM (10'000)

And AIr cooled coils in general pulled less current
on the low voltage side than the oil cooled.
