its easy.  well mine was i got the pacesetter tfx.  What i did was Put the back of the jeep on jackstands and fully droop the axle.  Then just unbolt the old system and remove it.  Here is a warning when trying to take it off the old cat  make sure your relaxed, its a bitch.  Also when i was finished i ended up cutting the rear  track bar out b/c it was vibrating on the exhaust.  Otherwise its pretty simple.  Good Luck

The hardest part is removing your old system.  Basically, installing it is straight forward though.  You might want to cut the tail pipe off from the muffler then unbolt the cat and remove the muffler and cat together.  Then you can work on the muffler on a bench.  If you're replacing the cat then that makes it even easier.

Put the exhaust together and slip the clamps on lightly.  You could use exhaust gasket RTV but it's not really needed.  Tighten the clamps when you think you've got everything lined up right.  You'll probably have to tweak it since you'll more then likely get squeaks and other noises from it rubbing or tapping something.
