Using tools you have not used in a while is like shaking hands with old friends.

I watched a dirt biker die right there a few years back. Not sure I'd ever expect a Porsche to be bonzing up and down it.  :yikes:

OCOTILLO WELLS -- A 22-year-old Menifee man was fatally injured while attempting a motorcycle jump at the Ocotillo Wells State Vehicular Recreation Area, the Riverside County coroner said Sunday.

Troy Bentley Thompson fell off his dirt bike Saturday afternoon as he tried a large jump in the Shell Reef area of the park, the coroner said.

He was pronounced dead at the Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs about an hour later.

The California State Park police investigated the accident, the coroner said.

There is a guy over at the Subaru forums that wheels a 1997 Outback, along with lifted Jeeps on rocks. He breaks alot of springs from overarticulation, but otherwise it does pretty good he says.

Seems like a way to make a marginal example of a 911 a fun toy.
