It's a Troller T4, it's made in Mexico.  Troller is now owned by Ford though.  IIRC, it's an all fiberglass body which is why the flares aren't just bolted on.

Made in Brazil, and I did not see them anywhere BUT brazil when I traveled for a living (2006 to 2009)
