the nuts on my doors are all rounded off, how can i remove the doors w/out messin up nething?

vice grips, that's all I can think of.

Sounds like the nuts will need to be replaced anyway.  I second the vice-grips idea.  I don't use any bolts on my doors anymore.  One side's  threads were broken off anyway.
