Nope, it's not posted in the wrong area. Looks like the whole company is up for sale. I like many others thought the company was much larger then it was. Kinda sad to see it go.
The sale will include all the assets of fifty year old Smittybilt Automotive Group, Inc. These assets include accounts receivable of $2.8 million, finished goods inventory of approximately $1.83 million, work in process of approximately $625,000, raw materials of approximately $523,000, an extensive list of fixed assets, the Smittybilt and Outland trade names, website, pending orders, customer lists, vendor information, SEMA Show booth reservation, etc. Interested parties will be provided with detailed information on all of the assets that are included in the sale.
