There is another company who makes flares. Omix Ada. Their flares are a lot cheaper then everyone else for some reasons. They look like their plastic like the stock flares but come in 7" wide.
Problem with those Poison Spider flares is that they're $$$ and don't increase the flare coverage over stock. So if you need tire coverage you're SOL. Keep in mind that if you want an inner wheelwell, you'll need to cut your OEM fender up. Otherwise, your fenders will have no wheel wells walls.
I'm not a fan of Bushwacker or Bestop. Bushwacker used to make some huge flares that had a tendancy to crack when hit. This was also a problem with their old Bronco flares too, I think. They seem to be focusing on the people who want the look without any of the benifits or price of the real thing.
Bestop is spreading out too much and thir quality had dropped some. I don't like the styling choice they made with their flares. It looks like their flares force you to keep that extension behind the front flares. Most TJ'er and many YJ'ers remove that so they can run some rocker protection there. The "Perimeter Frame" looks bad, although I know why they went with it.
I'd currently run Warn Trail Flares on my Jeep. Before that I had Warn 4xFlares and was dissapointed. I ended up complaining to Warn and they made me an offer with the Trail Flares, that I went with. I think I'd like to eventually run some tube fenders up front and maybe TJ, Sahara/Rubicon flares out back.
