Either you're going to have to seal the light which is probably impossable or else let it breath.  I'd let it breath.  If it's not going to fall out when it won't really matter.

sounds like a plan.. now only if i could get the old light box off.... the nuts rusted on and when i took a wrench to them the outer half of the nut cam off leavign me with a round nut.... so ether ill have to do some creative work with a vise grips or cut them off somehow... :2guns:

I don't see how vice-grips won't work.  If anything, drill out the bolt and try not to hit the nut.

ok got r dont.. i had to destroy thre rest od the plastic bozx so i could get a vise grips on it enough to unthread it... so then i got new bolts and i painted the rust area from behind the light... the spray painted areas are growing.. its becoming more and more of a jeep...lol... i still have 1 more cot of paint and ill bolt it in and finaly beable to drive my jeep legaly again...

whats next on the list.. fixing the lights on the gages so i dont have to use a flashhlight to see how fast im going at night  .... that is unless i bring it hunting with me next weekend adn find soemthing that needs improvement when oput in the feild..
