wow.. they rmust have had those go devil engins redlined to get that sound out of them and to get that kinda speed and power for the hills... thats some nicve air thye were geting..... giving me some ideas..... usulay we goe slow into the mud / water and when half in we hit the throtel hard to keep us going... but i guess since they didnt have lockers back then they needed momentum to keep traction and also to keep power wish is also our proplem at times....

if only there were enough flatfenders left to go jeeping liek that hard enough to lose 2-3 a weekend and not be kicking urselves for it..

The desert of Yakima can be a lot of fun, or the most miserable place you've ever been.  Most of the ridges are lava rock, and 1st 4lo at idle isn't slow enough to smooth things out.

The engine sounds are faked.  I think it's a plane.  I saw one for a motorcycle hill climb and they used the same sounds for some reason.

that would make since sence those didnt sound close top what the godevil engin sounds like...

I finally had a chance to check out these video's...

Those were great!!  and Yakima is just on the other side of the mountain.

I'm sure the enviromentalist used to love the good ol days!!
