my how the options are ever changing....i have scored a hard top and doors for my yj from a guy that parks his cj for the winter...gonna do a direct swap...my khaki soft top and 1/2 doors for his hard top and full doors....now if that isn't a deal, i don't know what is...and besides i have another top in my shed with the door frames for full doors...AND that same guy has an extra d300 sitting in his jp with blown gears so he said that when he gets his 4:1 gears and puts them in his jp, he'd sell me his short-shaft d300...with this option, id get a 21spl input shaft for it, do a flip and twin stick it, keep the 2.5 and ax-5, and swap in a hp d44 from a 79ford and id be ready to go....and instead of buying vehicles to get parts, just get the arts i'd need...that way, in the future all i'd need to get would be the tranny and motor when the time is right...maybe even the 258/t18a/d20 combo in the older cj i have access to as well....so many options...need help deciding which way to go
