Referbished StreetPilot 2610's
« on: March 31, 2008, 01:41:08 PM »
Just wanted to let you know EdgeGPS has the Garmin 2610 GPS in stock again.  This is a great little GPS that's dirt cheap. It works great for street driving and will work with TOPO overlays if you install them.  The screen is a lot larger then my old Etrex Legend C and CX.  And it's downright huge compared to my old Garmin GPSIII+.  The GPS doesn't have the new SIRF chipset but I haven't had that a issue.  I do use mine with a external antenna though.  Most of the time it gets full bars on the sats it connects to.  In any case here's the link http://www.edgegps.com/eCart/viewItem.html?idProduct=263

It's $179 and you get a newly refurbished unit with all new accessories and paperwork.  My unit looked new.  Oh and I beleive if you register the unit, you can upgrade to Navigator 2008 for free.

They have a bunch of other Garmin's that were refurbished as well. http://www.edgegps.com/eCart/listCategoriesAndProducts.html?idCategory=61
