Do you guys have a good sourc for TJ hinges?  There are no Wranglers in the junkyards around here...  I looked at eBay, but could only find SS ones (those are $$ and dont match my Jeep, which has NO SS!).

and 2004 comes back at $20 - at that price you can have them shipped and it's still worth it
here's the output of the search, now I dunno if the price is for 1 or pair, it says hinges in the part description but best guess it is just one, hopefully they have both of them

their email is sales@jwjeep.com

it's a http POST so there's no link, but if you select year 2004, Jeep Wrangler, Tailgate Hinge and location USA - then you are directed to a next page where you dont change anything and leave the year as 2004 - it will return you this result

there's also a 2005 listed as a set from http://www.jonesautoinc.com/
2005 Tailgate Hinge Jeep Wrangler SET BLACK   MISC $35 Jones Auto, Inc. USA-IN(Orleans) Request_Quote 1-812-865-4161

Can you measure the tires? I am wondering how true the tire size is.

Wheel size and air pressure will affect that.
