Topic: Catalytic Converter question???

so when i got my jeep who had before removed the cat and replaced wit a glass pack but now its just makin bad sound like its shot u think the glass pack helped or made it run worst then stock cat??? now iam gonna replace that cat and muffler what should i go wit?? its my daliy driver so dont want to be too loud lol thanks guys

Well if you still have the bolt-on flange at the end of teh down-pipe then you can use a bolt-on cat like the Magna Flow.  It's a good hi-performance cat that weighs less then the OEM.  It's only $90.  For teh exhaust, I went with Borla.  They have an awesome warranty and back it 100%.  Banks or Magna Flow would be my second choice.  It shouldn't be loud but have a nice rumble.
