Hand throttle

For you guys using hand throttles mounted on your manual stick/auto do you have any problems with the engine rpm when shifting gears?  

Guess you'd just leave enough cable to accomodate gear change motion, right?

Just make sure your route the cable with enough slack and you will be fine.

I have no problems with mine, and I run a hand throttle AND a cruise control...
'94 YJ 2.5L with 4" RE lift, Superwinch EPi9.0, FoMoCo e-Fan, SD30 and SD35 w/ARB-5.13, 165A alt., 33" BFG KM2 on 15" AR wheels, Sony sound system, Pavement Ends Hardtop, Hydroboost
