I am clueless which throttle body spacer is good and was is great - so I am asking for your help.
Is this one ok?

Can you recommend one specific one? I cant see anything different between the $85 and the $39 versions.

any help would be great.

Besides the helix or smooth is there a difference? I've read all the threads on here and it seems these are ok.
I simply dont want to buy something that is complete junk.

there's not much to it as long as the holes are centered (matching the t/b) but that's hard to get wrong. the one you listed has the spacers and bolts and that's good, you don't really need the spacers with the manual transmission but they do help with the angle at which the cable pulls the throttle (gives you a bit more control going from idle to slightly open). the helix is more marketing than anything else
