Centerforce clutch really worth it?

I'm in the process of revamping my drivetrain. I have a rebuilt ax5, and a NP231 with a SYE and new chain. I'm going to replace my clutch at the same time, but i'm not sure if it's worth spending twice as much for a centerforce over the exedy oem replacement. I know some cars have really weak clutches stock, so aftermarket is almost required, but how about these 4 cylinder jeeps? They are a light duty vehicle so i'm assuming they must have a beefier clutch than your typical ricer 4 cylinder... For people who have replaced there clutch, which way did you go and why? I'd obviously like to spend as little as possible since I am a full time college student and in a serious relationship, but if the centerforce is a must then that's what i'll do.

I used a Centerforce and did not notice any difference in performance but I went back to a Haynes clutch when the Centerforce exploded on a hill climb. Just get a good brand name and make sure it's not a re-manufactured clutch which dont last as long. Clutches are alot like brake pads, they do wear out.

Last clutch I replaced was in my Comanche. I got a standard kit from

I replaced mine with the std. Sachs - was like $125 for the whole kit... I has held up to some amazing abuse - Pulling a tadem axle trailer LOADED, extracting stuck trucks when we built our house and so on...

I don't think you need anything HD behind these 4bangers...

Well, the big thing about Centerforce clutches are the weights that help apply pressure to the clutch.  Well because of the bellhousing clearance, they don't use the weights on the 2.5L application.  Although they do have the Dual-Friction but unless you've really beafed up your engine most guy's I know just use a regular name brand clutch.

If your still looking into getting a centerforce i have one for sale
I tryed to install it but it didn't work.
The clutch wouldn't disengage.
Now either the pressure plate was bad or it was my trans.
My tranny has been going out for a while and now i am going to do a nv3550 conversion so i no longer need the clutch.
I don't know what the problem is with the clutch but if you are interested i will sell it cheap.
