Much hasnt changed since the first post except for getting married :smokes: and
having a son :baby: come along. The jeep fund turned into the ring fund and then
again morphed into the baby fund :brick: but it is all good!

Huge 30 9.5 mtr's
jcroffroad bumpers
homebrew rocker guards
cb and body damage  :beers:
dana 44 and toy 8 are still in the garage...ugh
To do list for summer: led tailights, homebrew skidplate,
move gas tank and redo bumpers...

Kinda...Hack the front piece of the fender, welded 1 inch steel tubing for support, took a long time but welded the fender too the tubing (spot weld, grind, repeat) and then yes hacked tj flares to finish.  I like to run alot of tight trails and i got tired of smashing the front of the fender.

Hello all.  Came across your site the other day and said "heck, one more forum to join"  Overall, my heep is explained in my sig.  I am a member of Adirondack Jeeps and I enjoy time with the family, doing outdoorsy stuff and wrenching when I have both time and $$$.

Recently our club made an appearance in the May 2007 issue of Peterson 4WD.  We try to be very proactive in our communities to try and keep trails open for future use. Also we are not strictly Jeep as our name might imply.

Well, hope to get some good info from everyone to give my little 4banger some pop.

Hey All!  I was on here alot early last year but have been absent for awhile.  I am returning to this awesome forum!  My name is Jeff and I live in central CT.  I have a 97TJ with a 4inch skycrapper lift and 33's.  I have olympic rear bumper and rockers, a herc'd tub, and a nice Nate's 4x4 front bumper that he made for me with a winch mount(for the winch I'll eventually get ), a small hoop and a front receiver hitch.  This site helped me to make decisions on my build and everyone on here seems friendly and has been a big help.  Plus flaming was kept to a minimum.  Loved getting torn up by posters who seemed to spend more time posting then driving their jeeps on other sites!

Hello everyone.  I am new, obviously.  I own a 95 Wrangler Rio Grande.  Its the P1V paintcode (tannish).  4 banger with the 4.0 TB swap, a spacer, open cleaner ect.  Black 8 hole rims, 30 X 9.50 MT/R's.  I live in WI, and I am on the slippery slope to 30 years old.  I am hoping to lift it mildly (1-2.5 inches) so suggestions would be great!  Thanks!

My name is Gary.  Me and my wife Lisa are the proud owners of a 2000 tj. Here in Oregon we have a lot of mud, and alot of sand.  Our jeep sprts a 4 in skyjacker lift, 2 in cups up front, warn front bumper and brush gaurd, kc lights, bush wacker fender flares. It is work in progress!  I'd love to build a 4 cyl to run with the I-6's or v8's.  I've also got 4.88's. Like I said "work in progress"!

Good day to you all, my name is Kelly I have a 97 TJ a cheap jeep 4k , I like this site.  live in Borrego Springs CA trail around a couple times a week .  Sold my 91 I think the coil springs are a better ride.  riding a three and a half spring lift, two inch body lift, 33x1250 pro comp / eagle wheels, four to one low, CV drive line no drop, power trax rear locker, OX manual front locker, currie transfer linkage, Banks exhaust, dry air intake, jet chip, have not broken any thing in a couple of years other than rolling two tires off the rims, will have to do something with the ax5 some day.  I have a wife working in San Diego, she has several years more to work @ USPS.  Have some lower control arms that came with my kit maybe I will put them on this month, must have been a terra kit as I recall.  Backed in to a telephone pole sometime ago. well, I bought a used bumper out of the paper, 25 bucks with the end caps just picked it up today thinking I will put it on this week.  Have fun and be save, Kelly        Post script, by passed my heater coil last week and it seems cooler in the cab now that the temp is around a hundred mid day.
