Yeah, I read that on the Extreme 4x4 site. I think she gets a lot of respect in the 4x4/off road community. Hope she's better soon.

Here's what I found on the Extreme 4X4 site:

February 23, 2007

"Here’s an update on Xtreme 4x4’s Jessi Combs. She is recuperating at home following back surgery, and we’re happy to report that she is on the road to recovery. She’s up and walking around about 3-4 hours per day, but doctors orders require that she take it easy for the next several weeks. Although it will be some time before she’s able to return to the shop, she wants everyone to know how much she appreciates all her well wishes she’s received from her extended “off road” family. Everyone here at the Tech Center has expressed their get well wishes, and now you can too! Just click on the link below, and we’ll make sure she receives them during her rehabilitation. Please join us in wishing Jessi a speedy recovery!"

It's not often I get to see a woman straddle and caress an axle that way.

I know. I wanted to print and frame that picture for my office wall but I'm not allowed to. Understandable... I guess.

Funny story about ford: one of my friend was going on a road trip and she wanted me and my friend to look her explorer over.  Well, my friend takes one look at it and says "I see a problem."  She say "What is it?"  He says, "Well, all i can say is the manufacturer circled the problem so every one would know." He then points to the ford emblem on the grill and says, "There's your problem.
