For sure if your stock exhaust manifold has busted. Then you can kind of justify the purchase even if the power- to-dollar ratio aint as high as you wanted.
You are likely going to get more air through the engine with the help of headers. If it were me, I'd want a shop to make sure the air-fuel ratio was optimum post header-install. Might need a MAP adjuster, etc. or not.
Probably can't go wrong with Borla or Banks models for the 2.5. Don't think Flowmaster is making any kind of header for the 4banger
