I know those guys probably do what looks/runs like an OEM install. But there'd be a lot of advantages to buying a factory version from Jeep: Warranty, overall cost probably less than a custom version, probably better resale, Jeep service departments all over the place that are prepared to work on it and will honor warranty, aftermarket ready for it. Of course, I'd say that the "cool factor" of a custom install is worth something too
