Does anyone know how much performance gain I will get if I Polish my ports? I have the engine apart and I wonderd if it was worth doing? thanks for the help. :D

I would guess just polishing would a be a couple horse.

If you are porting and matching to an exhaust manifold/gasket, and doing the same to the intake you should expect considerable gains, in the 20 plus horse range. Some lowend torque might be lost, but minimal unless you change the cam profile and increae the size of the exhaust valves.

I plan to polish and port me head and add the stage 3 cam with a .450 lift. Should be a nice combination.
