hotter coil?

i just put in new injectors and ive been told that its a good idea to upgrade to a hotter coil but have no idea what exactly it is or where it is, i have a Haynes repair manual for the jeep but i couldn't find it in there ether so im jsut lost.
so anyone got an idea on what to do?

It's a coil.  It delivers spark to the sparkplugs. A Hotter coil means one that collects more amp.  This allows it to produce a larger spark.  But to utilize the spark you need to increase the spark plug gap some.  Stock is .035".  Depending on your coil and plug wires you can go wider.

I've had a few different setups and now settled on the Performance Distributors setup.  My gap is now.065".

Are there any specific plugs you should use with the Performance Distribtor setup?  Can I use the E3's I'm running now?
I may not be able to get anywhere quickly, but I can get most anywhere I please.
