It never did this in the summer,When i try to start it up in the morning sometimes it starts and sometimes it dont. only after sitting overnight. Got spark.battery good.I do have a 4.0 throttlebody,Would that have anything to do with it? Any info would be appreciated

if you already verified the spark when this occurs:

have you replaced the IAC valve+housing and the tps from your 2.5 t/b to the 4.0 t/b?

Also, would be a good idea to check the fuel pressure when it fails to start. As a quick test you can try to put the contact on and off a few times to prime the fuel line and see if that helps - if it does it could be that your fuel pressure regulator or check valve at the pump is slowly bleeding pressure out of the rail - that can also be verified by leaving a fuel pressure gauge connected over night and see if you still have pressure in the morning.

another thing that can cause this is the PCM temp sensor located at the rear (towards the firewall) of the cylinder head - if that is faulty it can cause the PCM to not deliver enough fuel when cold.

or in a more extreme case can be caused by too much fuel and your spark plugs get wet - try to take the plugs out and visually check them once this failure to start occurs.

there can be other reasons but these are a good place to start (basically if you have spark the reason is to much fuel, too little fuel or no fuel at all considering that the engine is mechanically sound).

Try turning the key to Accessory to where the radio and lights come on for a second or two then start it up.

dont know if it will work but I do that to mine and it starts faster.

if it is related (and not a coincidence) could point to fuel problem. try to do the priming of the pump first before you crank it, do it a few times, if it's losing pressure you'll actually hear the pump slowing down after having the contact on a few times once the pressure builds up. and all the other things i mentioned. Ideally you'd have a fuel pressure gauge on, but since i don't think you have one in your toolbox ready to go start with that and see how it goes (and post back what you found as we're always interested in these problems and solutions :)

starting at cold won't be affected by O2, so even if you unplug it won't matter - the O2 is used after about 1 minute (i think, if not more) once the element is up to temperature (it has a heater wire that is activated once the engine is started) - so if your codes were o2 related then maybe you need to change it, but I don't think that's anyway related to your failure to start in the morning.

If it's dependant on the fuel level, it could be a crack in the fuel line that connects the pickup to the pump (inside the tank).

Found out somthing interesting.I was starting to check sensors.starting with tps sensor.Seen the aic housing says 4.0 on it. I bought the jeep with the 4.0 swap already done. Im thinking they did not change anything over,Still all 4.0 sensor, valve housing. Thoughts?

you need a 2.5 (both motor and housing) - same for the tps. in the case of tps i think it could contribute to the starting issue, the IAC don't think it will affect the starting
