Must not be any trees where you guys wheel.  On the trails around here we have a hard enough time keep ing windsheild frames and glass in one piece.  Those snorkles wouldn't stay attached very long.

if it will knock off my snorkle will crack the windshield as well - I tend to drive around trees, tried to go thru once but i was unsuccessful.

It would be better to just run it into the cab.  Then use the air conditioning (if you have it) to provide cold air intake!  :eek:
Nothing like having a vacuum cleaner on inside the cab.  :lol:

There are many trees, but the limbs at that height tend not to me very big...  Of course, I also try to avoid trees!

Around here we don't hug trees, but you do have to kiss them gently ;)  Lots of off camber trails in ravines.  Funniest thing is when someone tries to run something like an H2 through a standard MN trail.  It isn't pretty.

Which comes down to building your Jeep to suit your needs.  A snorkel doesn't have to be permanent.

thanks for that - that's my new sig for a bit. i needed a change anyway, got tired of those pics - they were just a reminder of how much i didn't get done lately.
