I have a 1990 YJ. I'm getting ready to pull out my tranny again tonight to replace the input shaft seal and front cover gasket. I thought that while I had the front cover off that I could go ahead and possible replace the input shaft bearing. The only info I've been able to find on this is some crappy blow-out diagrams. Has anyone replace this bearing themselves? Can't I replace it without pulling the entire tranny appart. I'm pulling the the tranny & transfer case down as one piece. I'm trying to make this a two evening job at most.
