1992 YJ 2.5 questions

Hi all, new to this forum and new to the Jeep world as I just got my first Jeep ever, a Wrangler Sahara YJ, 1992 model (multipoint injection). I'm living in Martinique, french west indies, Caribbean, where these vehicles are quite rare...
Since I purchased the YJ some days ago, I'm trying to restore it to its original mechanical condition, however the lack of a technical manual (the Haynes fails to arrive for the moment) makes me wondering about a few things:
- I have an oil leak to the rear side of the engine oil pan (see picture below). I'm quite sure that this is the crankshaft seal but I've seen that it can be in 1 or 2 pieces. What could be the model on my car? Do I need to remove the gearbox and clutch to replace it?
- I'm changing most of the sensors as a preventative maintenance, included the TPS but I can't find a good and simple way to re-initialize it.
- At least, I have no light on the dash for the codes (avoiding the on/off key procedure) and I can't see an OBD2 connector under the dash. Is the flashing light the only way to read the codes?

Sorry for the multiple questions, just trying to go ahead and get this YJ running correctly.

92 YJ has no OBD2 connector

for the rear crank seal you need to remove the transmission, pressure plate, clutch disk and flywheel. However that leak can be the oil pan gasket as well, mine had both leaking.

TPS is a good idea to replace and maybe the temp and oil pressure sensors, the other ones are less prone to failure.

resetting - you can just remove the ground off the battery and touch it to the positive terminal and leave it off for a while (15 min should suffice but you can leave it overnight if you want to make sure)

you can download the 94-95 YJ manual (FSM) from the FAQ section on this site, the injection and engine is the same, i think the wire colors are different in a '92 compared to 94/95 models but is a good reference for all the other things as not much has changed.

Oil gasket - I have no input.  Mine leaks from the rear main seal too and from the valve covers.  I've been avoiding tackling it until it starts spotting my driveway.

Sensor's - Just disconnect the negative battery terminal and flick on some devices to drain any reserve power.  After 30 seconds, it should clear any memory for the computer regarding those sensors and it should enter a learning mode.

OBD - I believe that's OBD I not OBD II.  The light on the dash is the only way to read any codes without buying a tool.  The more advance tools (like Snap-Ons) will allow you to look at more details.

I asked about the TPS as I got a notice in the new TPS box that I 'm not sure to understand as a non-english speaking native person. They say that I have to "check minimal air settings for the throttle position, then check the TPS voltage is 0.6 V"... May I understand that I can replace this obscure procedutre by only grounding the battery terminals or am I missing something?

As for the check engine light, no light on my dash apart the fasten belt and brake ones. I'll check if all the bulbs are there.....

don't worry about the adjustment, there is no adjustment on the Jeep MPFI TPS (your engine), the notice is probably generic unless the mounting holes are oval in which case you'll have to adjust it.

if you want to reset the computer then disconnect both battery terminals and touch them together, wait 10 min afterwards and then connect the terminals back, that should be enough.
