Fuel Timing Calibrator

I have a 95 YJ and when I get it all back together it will have a 62mm TB and spacer, larger intake tube, I have ground out my intake, Ford 19lb injectors, adjustable FPR, wide band O2 sensor and AFR gauge and a Clifford header. I want to get a more aggressive cam in the future and with that will probably come more internal engine work. Will a fuel timing calibrator help sooner or later if I keep the engine naturally aspirated? Or is this only helpful under boost? I have read about adjustable and programable map sensor options. Is this a better way to optimize performance without forced induction?
I am almost done some much needed body work, armor upgrades, and a new lift; so I am trying to get my engine plans finalized so I can get to work soon.

you don't need an FTC unless you do major rework on your engine (like make it a stroker and increase the displacement quite a bit, having a lot more compression or put a turbo on it). If you keep it normally aspirated and mostly stock the adjustable FPR will give you enough added fuel at WOT (or open loop to be more specific) to give you a reasonable performance increase. I think you mentioned that you have an Innovate LC1 - with that wideband O2 you can shift your AFR for closed loop as well to target a bit more richer mixture (the narrowband outputs can be programmed to trick the PCM into thinking the mixture is leaner so would adjust with a bit more fuel).

Thanks, I didn't realize I could make the adjustments in closed loop with what I already have.  It is always nice to not have to buy something else, at least for now.  I hope this will all go off with out a hitch over the next few weeks, but I will probably wind up bugging you more.
