Take your time. Don't bust the studs off or round off the nuts. Did you Kroil the 2 nuts on the exhaust manifold flange at the bottom? Label all your vacuum lines and what not, or at least get good pics of their routing.
When you are putting it back together, hang the exhaust manifold first. Then do the intake. Make sure to follow the torque sequence for both the intake and exhaust manifolds. Run it to operating temperature and re-torque everything.
There is nothing really fancy to worry about. It's pretty straight forward.
