best way to go.
oversize t/b + bore out the intake to match for that I got a local machine shop to bore on for me didn't cost to much "had friends with benefits" lol
header and exhaust system. high flow intake to help
spacer is suppose to help bottom end a bit more
if your clutch fan you can go to electric to free up a small amount of power to...
any other mod without the t/b or exhaust won't do much.

there is a lot of threads going for all these mods..  search them.

to me the big throttle body made the biggest difference!!
