I used to run 31's and 4.88, and it was almost like having a 4.0L. When I switched to 33's, it went back to a 4-banger again... I now wish I had gone with D44's front and rear so that I could go to 5.13's instead of 4.88!
So if you do decide to regear for 32 or 33s, 4.88s?How much is a regear total?

So for my '94 Wrangler with AX5 and NP231:On stock tires 29" (??) and 4.10 gearing I get the same results with 33" and 4.88 gearing Is that correct? Will the car have the same top speed and performance offroad as I now have with my stock 4.10 and 33" or will they really improve?
