I would order nothing from them.  They were the ones I was trying to get my seat from and they were on sale like those were.   I ordered and they did not complete the seat Part of the Order.  Then Jacked the Price Back up and said If I wanted them that's the Price I would have to Pay.

I don't believe so.  At least not until you clean it.

IIRC, you dont need oil at all...  I think that was one of the main differences with the K&N.
