installed half my lift

well today i installed half my lift.  The back half and the t case drop. Its a 3.5",  all went smooth, except when i now goto shift its hard to shift it. Its a automatic tranny so my guess is i gotta ajust some tranny linkage or something any ideas, i will post some pics morow when it is complete.

I have a 3.5 as well, but with a manual, and yes i had to trim a bit the plastic around the gear stick (excuse my english). "nd and 4thg would eventually skip out on bumpy roads

Looks like you need to trim the U-bolts down a bit.  Throw on some 33x9.5R15's and you'd be set.

33x10.5r15....thats what i have and they are awesome...BFG AT come's in 9.5", MT are 10.5"....they make 10.5" boggers in 35".....those would be BAAAAD 8)

It does look really good.  The Jeep is coming to look very 4wd worthy.

Did you ever take picures of your Jeep with the 10.5's?

Boggers really suck if you have to drive on road a lot.  They have 34x9.5R15 TSL's and a cheaper 34x10.5R15 LTB also.  For a daily, you'd be better off with a radial tire.  I know Dunlop or someone also makde a 33x10.5R15, too.

I mentioned trimming his bolts.  Those Currie plates are HUGE.  I should know, I run them out back.  They're like pontoons. :lol:

If I was going to replace my spring plates I'd go with something like the JKS plates.
