Topic: Jeep leaning towards the driver side

Today, as I was leaving the house, I noticed that my Jeep is leaning to one side.  What could cause this?  Bad springs?  O shocks?  Or both?  I remember seeing the last time I was cleaning the Jeep that one shock looked like it took a hit from a rock or something, so I guess it COULD be a shock...

It usually caused by the driveline torque.  This causes the left rear spring to be worked more then the right rear.  TJ's are well known for having uneven springs because of this.  To fix it you can try rotating your springs, or else replace the springs.  Unfortunate there's nothing like the ACOS that can help level the suspension.

well, that just sucks!  I guess I will have to rotate the suspension, but that will be a pita...  I get tired from just thinking about it!

I don't think you'll be happy switching things around. After you do that, the passenger side will sag. I don't want  to tell a guy to go spend money, but check out JCWhitney. They have pairs of springs from a little over $100 to a little under $350. Free shipping and a 10% discount right now. Those prices are probably cheaper than having the springs re-arched. (Yea, I'm showing my age) It's also cheaper than Q-Tech or 4WD.
Now, myself. When I'm wrenching on my '98 TJ, if I take off a sunbaked 110,000 mile, 18 year old part, it's probably not going back on the machine. It's already off, so it's probably getting upgraded.

Right; I am on Rubicon Express 4" ones.  The odd thing is that they are about 6 or 7 years old "only".  Is it still normal for them to sag like that?  I may just swap them around and wait for the other side to sag...  BUt I still get tired just thinking about it!

I'd stop worrying about it.  The 4" Standard leafs should be the same as the Pro Comp 4".  You're probably only looking at an inch or less difference but it's noticeable.

mine is also leaning on the d/s, and that was with new springs, I want to swap them around but don't feel like taking it apart again :)
