Before you take things off, make sure they will at least work on your Jeep.
Grab the lower alternator mount. They will tend to crack and break, then take out the alternator shaft.
If it has AC, grab the setup also to include the compressor, condensor, mount on engine, etc. Most engine swaps the owner will keep the evaporator in the dash and just disconnect the tubing to it. The condensor could be used as an auto trans cooler if you have an auto, or someone like me. The compressor and the mount could be used for OBA setup, but this will require an oil separator since the compressor freon is lubricated.
Radiator, many swaps will require a different radiator. The shroud and fan you could keep just for the point in time where you wheel too deep in water mud and the fan bends and takes out the shroud.
Working condition starter and alternator are good things to keep around.
