Well I just dropped over $1000 on my Rubicon Express Lift, which was 3.5 inches....so I'd say buy it. The adjustable track bar alone is about $200...so this is a great deal... Just make sure that it comes with all the mounting hardware and that there is no damage or rust on any of the components...

The install wasn't that bad. It took me 4 evenings of about 2 or 3 hours each evening to do. All you need is a set of metric and standard wrenches and sockets, an air drill, spring compressors *which you can rent at autozone for free...just pay a deposit and then when you bring them back you can get your money back*, a T-55 TORX bit, and a tie rod puller, which is the same deal as the spring compressors. This is a great write up on installing the kit. Just skip the parts about the control arms. http://www.4x4xplor.com/RE-SuperFlex.html

One thing you will have to buy is extended brake lines. Sure, you can run the stock ones, but you run the risk of busting them loose when you flex.

You don't need to buy extended brakehoses just drop the hardlines down on the frame about 1" or so and it will be fine

Another option is to use some YJ brake lines.  They are about 4-6" longer IIRC.
